Women in real estate

Avenue's second annual Ladies Networking Event

In an industry traditionally led by men, Avenue is breaking the mold by creating an environment of female empowerment and collaboration. With real estate often skewing towards male representation, Avenue’s Ladies Networking Event provides an essential platform for female professionals in the sector. As the event marks its second year, Avenue is proud to continue its commitment to bringing together the remarkable women in the industry and fostering meaningful connections.

🏛️ An unmissable venue

Last year, Avenue embarked on a journey to empower women through their first-ever ladies networking event featuring a tour of the recently reopened KMSKA museum. This year, they have taken it up a notch. The event was held at the exquisite wine estate Valke Vleug, nestled in Puurs, just a few kilometers from Avenue’s headquarters. The estate's impressive architecture, designed by the internationally renowned architect Vincent Van Duysen, added an extra layer of inspiration to the day's agenda.

🍇 Exceptional wines

The event kicked off with a captivating tour of the winery, delving into the intricacies of wine production and allowing attendees to immerse themselves in the world of winemaking. After the tour, the group indulged in a sumptuous 3-course lunch paired with carefully selected wines.

👭 Building bridges and forging futures

The Avenue Ladies Networking Event is aimed at laying the foundation for lasting relationships and opportunities. By bringing together female clients from both the retail and investor side, Avenue is fostering a community that thrives on shared experiences and insights, as well as building connections and exchanging ideas. The combination of architecture, fine wine, and female excellence made this lunch an unforgettable experience.
